salamander eggs in my finger! -press panic button-

I had this super weird dream, where I think I was on the beach with a bunch of people, and there was a ferret, but we called it a salamander. I wrapped the ferret in a blanket to stop it burrowing into the sand and getting away, but then it was a salamander, and it stung my finger which meant that it had laid its eggs in my finger. Then I freaked out because there were salamander eggs in my finger.
A lot more happened but I suck at remembering dreams.
